You're a Client — Here's Everything in One Place
Enrolling was the start, not the finish. This page keeps the things you might need between visits close at hand — your annual review, a replacement card, when to call, and how to make the most of your plan. No login, no hassle.
Your Yearly Checkup
Book your annual coverage review
Plans change every year — premiums, drug lists, and networks can all shift. Each fall during the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 – December 7) we review your coverage together to make sure it still fits. It's free, it's quick, and it's the single best way to keep your costs down.
Quick Help
Common things clients need
Lost or damaged Medicare card
You can get a free replacement Medicare card anytime through your secure Medicare account or by calling 1-800-MEDICARE. If it's a plan member ID card you need, call your plan (or call me and I'll point you to the right number).

Before you pay anything that looks off, let's look at it together. Many surprise bills are coding errors or timing issues — and denials can often be appealed. Bring me the Explanation of Benefits and I'll help you make sense of it.
Call or message me about a billNew doctor, new medication, or a move
Life changes can affect whether your plan still fits. If you've picked up a new prescription, changed doctors, or moved, it's worth a quick check — sometimes it even opens a Special Enrollment Period to switch outside the usual window.

Use your preventive benefits
Most plans cover an annual wellness visit and preventive screenings at no cost. In your first year on Part B, don't miss the one-time free 'Welcome to Medicare' visit.
Fill prescriptions the low-cost way
Using an in-network 'preferred' pharmacy — and mail order for maintenance drugs — often lowers what you pay. Not sure which pharmacy is preferred on your plan? Ask me.
Know your plan's extras
Many Medicare Advantage plans include dental, vision, hearing, fitness, or over-the-counter allowances that go unused. It's worth knowing exactly what yours includes.
No Question Too Small
When should you call me?
Anytime — but especially when any of these happen:
- You get a bill or denial you don't understand
- Your doctor leaves the network, or you want a new one
- You start a new, expensive medication
- You're moving, in or out of state
- You get a confusing letter, call, or ad and want to know if it's real
- It's fall (Oct 15 – Dec 7) and time for your review
