45–60 minute presentations covering Medicare basics, enrollment deadlines, plan types, and how to avoid costly mistakes. Open Q&A included.
One-on-One Consultations
Private, confidential meetings where members can review their current plans, compare alternatives, and get personalized recommendations.

We partner with senior centers during the October 15–December 7 Annual Enrollment Period to help members make the right plan decisions for the coming year.

FAQ
Common Questions
- Is there any cost for the senior center or its members?
- None whatsoever. Jordan is paid by insurance carriers only when a member chooses to enroll — the education itself is completely free whether anyone enrolls or not. There is never any obligation.
- How long does a typical presentation take?
- Most group presentations run 45–60 minutes including Q&A. One-on-one consultation blocks can be scheduled in 20–30 minute slots. We work around your center's schedule.
- What topics are covered in a presentation?
- We cover Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D; enrollment timelines and how to avoid late penalties; the difference between Medicare Advantage and Medigap (Supplement) plans; Part D drug plan basics; and local plan options available in your area. We tailor content to what your members ask about most.
- My center is in a rural area — will you still come?
- Yes. Jordan regularly travels to rural Wyoming and Utah communities — including Star Valley, Afton, and smaller towns throughout Lincoln County and beyond. If we can't make it in person, we can also offer a video presentation for your group.
