Effective August 5, 2026. This page explains what information this website collects, how it's used, and the third-party services involved.

The Short Version
We collect the information you choose to give us — through a contact form, the Coverage Quiz, the Cost Estimator, a resource-guide download, or the AI assistant — so we can respond to your questions or, if you ask us to, follow up about your insurance options. We do not sell your information. We use a small number of established third-party services (listed below) to run the forms, scheduling, and newsletter on this site, and each of those services has its own privacy practices.
Information You Provide Directly
Contact and lead forms: when you submit the contact form, the exit-intent "call me back" form, or a lead-capture form on a tool like the Coverage Quiz or Cost Estimator, we collect what you enter — typically your name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code, plus any message you write. These submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, and delivered to Jordan Jenkins so he can respond.
Resource guide downloads: downloading a free guide from our Resource Center asks for your name and email so we can send it and, if you'd like, follow up with related information.
Newsletter signups: if you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is submitted through Formspree (our form-processing provider) and kept on our subscriber list until you unsubscribe.
Scheduling a consultation: if you book a free consultation through our scheduling links, that booking is handled by Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, which collects the name, email, and appointment details you provide directly to it.
The AI Assistant, Coverage Quiz, and Cost Estimator
The AI assistant chat widget, the Coverage Quiz, and the Cost Estimator all run in your browser. Your answers and chat messages are used to generate an immediate, on-screen response and are not sent to or stored on our servers unless you separately choose to submit a lead-capture form (for example, the "Would you like a personalized review?" form shown after a Cost Estimator or Coverage Quiz result).
The Coverage Quiz saves your in-progress answers in your browser's local storage so you can leave and come back without starting over. This information stays on your device and is cleared when you complete the quiz, start over, or clear your browser data.
Cookies and Local Storage
This site uses your browser's local storage — not tracking cookies — for a handful of functional purposes: remembering your language preference (English/Spanish), your light/dark theme preference, your in-progress Coverage Quiz answers, and whether you've already unlocked a free resource guide. None of this is used to track you across other websites.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited — for example, which guides are most read — so we can improve the site. Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymization, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-site tracking. Google may set cookies and process usage data under its own privacy policy; you can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with Google's browser opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Beyond this, the site runs no advertising scripts (such as Meta Pixel).
Plan-Comparison and Enrollment Tools
"Compare Plans in My Area" buttons redirect you to SunFire, a third-party Medicare plan-comparison platform, so you can review available plans. "Enroll Myself" links on our ACA pages redirect you to HealthSherpa, a third-party ACA enrollment platform, with Jordan Jenkins listed as your agent of record. Both are separate services with their own privacy policies, and information you enter directly on those platforms is governed by their terms, not ours.
How We Use Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your questions, schedule and prepare for consultations, send resource guides you've requested, and — only when you've asked us to via a lead or callback form — follow up about your Medicare, ACA, or insurance options. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data Retention and Security
We retain contact and lead information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, where you've asked for ongoing assistance, to support that relationship. We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted through this site, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
This site and its services are intended for adults seeking information about Medicare, ACA, and related insurance products, and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Choices
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email. You can clear your browser's local storage at any time to remove locally-saved quiz progress or preferences. To ask a question about your information, request that we delete information you've submitted to us, or raise any other privacy question, contact us using the details below.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our site, tools, or the third-party services we use change. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
